Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Caldwell Housing Authority meet on the fourth (4th) Friday of every month at 12:00pm noon. The location varies based on meeting space availability. For meeting information, please call ( 208)459-2232 for assistance. Meetings of the housing authority are open to the public and a record of the meetings can be found on this site.
The Board may from time to time amend and repeal by laws, rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the law to carry into effect the powers and purposes of the Caldwell Housing Authority, according to the officially signed copy of By-Laws 2022.
The Housing Authority is managed by an Executive Director and a Board of Directors as follows:
