Applying for Public Housing
Thank you for inquiring on how to apply for Caldwell Housing, we have streamlined the process to make it easier for everyone to apply. All applications are free of charge. The only fee application will be a background check, which is not due until you are selected for a unit. Please have IDs for all adults, Social Security Cards, and Proof of Income ready to upload to complete your application. We understand not everyone has access to a smart device and or a computer so we encourage those who do not to contact the Application Specialist at 208-459-2232 ext. 19 and set an appointment we can help you apply in person.

Reasonable Accommodations
