CHA has is the oldest housing provider in the Treasure Valley with 75+ years’ experience serving our community.

CHA’s rental housing at Farmway Village is nestled in a rural Western-Caldwell setting close to the freeway and surrounding communities. CHA has 225 units of project-based housing in Caldwell. Although CHA does not administer or issue HUD Section 8 Vouchers, we do accept Section 8 Vouchers and work closely with Southwest Idaho Cooperative Housing Agency (SICHA) and the voucher holder to make your occupancy a pleasant experience. Our apartments easily meet the strict requirements of the Section 8 program. Our staff is both knowledgeable and experienced.
