Rosario Soto was hired by the Caldwell Housing Authority on June 28, 2021, as the Financial Officer. He has lived in Caldwell for most of his life. Growing up in a migrant household he would call Mexico and CHA (Farmway Village) his home until he was 13 years old.
Previously, Rosario was in the accounting department at Quality Thermistor Inc for 3 years and was the Office Manager in the insurance industry for 8 years.
Rosario currently serves on the board for Idaho Inferno Soccer Club and has been involved with the organization since 2018. He also has been a youth soccer coach for the past 5 years.
Rosario enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and fills his spare time doing sports activities, camping and traveling for soccer tournaments. Rosario has a great passion for his work because it’s the first place he called home.
